Justice for Lisha Felicilda!

From: The Inquirer
CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A woman and her 12-year-old daughter were stabbed to death by unidentified men, who authorities believe may have been customers of the family’s Internet cafe in Cavite City.

Superintendent Danilo Buentipo, Cavite City police chief, identified the victims as Joan Fecilda and her daughter Lisha.

In a telephone interview, Buentipo said that a loud cry coming from the second floor of the victims' house caught the attention of some members of the local neighborhood watch who were making the rounds of the area in Barangay 54 at around 3 a.m. on Friday.

With some relatives and responding police, the authorities entered the home and found the bodies of Joan on the first floor near the computer shop and that of Lisha in another room.

Joan’s two younger daughters, one about 3 or 4 years old and the other about 7 or 8 years old, were looking for their mother at that time as they wanted to use the bathroom but were locked inside another room.

The family ran a small Internet cafe of about ten computers on the ground floor of their house.

“They did not have a guy in the house. They were all female,” said Buentipo. Joan’s husband works abroad.

Witnesses said two or three male customers were the last to leave the shop.

“The last log-in time in the computer shop was about 12:45 a.m. They usually have someone else watching over the shop but that person left early that night. They did not have a CCTV (camera),” said Buentipo.

“We already have a lead and we are inviting some people (for investigation),” he added.

The police had yet to establish a motive for the killing Friday morning.

  1. I feel guilty for forgetting Ate Lisha, I only remembered her on the time of her death.
It was like this, When I was on my way home, I kept praying God for me to remember who she was and what she looks like, (it took maybe 20 minutes) then finally, the vehicle my uncle and I were riding on was about to park in front of our house, a picture of her suddenly pops out on my mind! Then a flashback starts, I was walking, I think I was suppose to get something or see someone at the gate or I was just bored and wanted to do something. Then suddenly I saw Ate Lisha with her group of friends coming towards me, She says "Hi" and calls out my name, but I was shy, so I just smiled, then walked away. I don't really know if that incident really happened, or it was just my imagination. But, what's more weird was when I searched Ate Lisha's Facebook account, I saw the same picture that popped in my mind! I was so shocked! I don't really know why it happened like that but, I do know who made that happened, God.

P.S: If the flashback was real, I think maybe I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade.

  2. P.S(2): I am Ate Lisha's schoolmate and my brother was her classmate. And I am 11 years old. And also her best friend, Ate Aeshia, used to come over to our house and play with me and my brother.

But I won't mention my name of course! =D
