Chicken Adobo is a very popular Filipino dish. Basically, it is chicken cooked in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. It is very delicious, yet really easy to make.
Adobo is actually a cooking method indigenous to the Philippines. The Spanish named it Adobo since Adobo in Spanish is marinade. The original term is now lost.
