Malunggay is a plant which has a reputation for being a super vegetable. It is commonly found in the Philippines and can be easily reproduced. It has small round shaped leaves that are boiled and commonly used as an additive for all kinds of soup.
The Malunggay plant is famous for its health benefits. Its leaves, are said to have the calcium of 4 glasses of milk, vitamin C of 7 oranges, potassium of 3 bananas, 3 times the iron of spinach, 2 times the vitamin A of carrots and 3 times the protein in milk. Now you can see why it's so good!
